Vegetarian Indian food on breakaway?

Hi,

 

I will be cruising on breakaway with my in laws who are vegeterian. Is there any option of indian vegeterian food during dinner and lunch on breakaway?

I have been on carnival splendor and they use to have vegeterian indian food for dinner on menu in MDR and in buffet for lunch.

 

Checking if same applies to Breakaway too?

There are Indian dishes in the buffet. A quite high proportion of those dishes tend to be vegetarian.

The Indian food in the buffet is very good too! DH always makes a point of hitting the buffet just for this purpose a couple of times during the cruise.

how about dinner? do they have indian vegeterian on menu in MDR/Savor/Taste?

There are vegetarian dishes in the MDR, but the choice is limited. I think the best advise is for your in laws to talk to the restaurant manager as soon as you are on board and settled. The buffet choices are great.

The vegetarian dish on the always available section of the new menus is a lasagna. In addition there seems to be one vegetarian item on the daily section. One that I've seen was a lentil curry, but that's the only curry I've seen. Only a few of the new menus have been posted so far though, so there could be other options on different nights.
