Voyage personalizer

Is anyone else having problems with the voyage personalizer. Having trouble accesing it. Taking for ever to load or the connection times out. E-tickets are available and want to print them.

I was finally able to access it and print my tickets.

Never seems to work for me using Microsoft IE, but works every time with Google Chrome. Go figure. Called The Cunard IT help desk. They were no help.

Seem to be having problems with the voyage personalizer again. Perhaps Cunard need to invest a little more in their IT as it seems to be a common problem.

It's the same for me, I have to use Google Chrome to access my VP
