I just booked the Allegrissimo Classic Pkg. In the main restaurant and buffet it states you can get Wine, Draft Beer, Soft Drinks, and After Dinner Drinks. Can you get mixed drinks and cocktails??

No - it's limited in the MDR to what you've just listed but there is a bar in the buffet area so you may be able to get "hard liquor" there.

No, you have to get those at a bar. I sometimes bring one into the MDR at the stRt of dinner and then switch to water and wine.
