TipsyT Posted August 22, 2014 #101 Share Posted August 22, 2014 Gambee mentioned that one could use the Allegrissimo vouchers during Happy Hour to get two drinks for one voucher. What a deal! Can you check when and where Happy Hour is around the ship, please? Bon Voyage! Trish
Mikesa1721 Posted August 22, 2014 Author #102 Share Posted August 22, 2014 Hi Mike, We will be in the Yacht club in a few weeks and would like to give the people who look after us a gift from Scotland but not sure how many we will need do you know how it works with the butlers, room stewards and waiters will we have a few different ones that take care of us or the same ones all the time we are doing the b2b. Also there are 9 of us travelling do you know if they will be able to seat us together at Dinner Enjoy your cruise looking forward to lots of pictures from the Yacht Club. Judith :) Tigger89,,,if you have your room numbers, I will find out who your butler will be for all of your staterooms. One butler usually takes care of a few staterooms, so you may luck out and have the same butler for all of your rooms. For dining,,once you board, you are escorted to the Yacht Club Concierge, there, you will meet the Maitre'D of LeMuse(Yacht Club Dining Room). Let him know you would like your party to dine together and he will accommodate you. :)

Judith :) We had a butler and asst. that took care of our cabin. We also had other butlers and ours serving us from time to time in the Top Sail and One Bar. We ended up having a few favorites in the Top Sail in addition to our regular butler that we gave a little something extra at the end of the cruise. This was also true for our server and asst. and Maitre'D in the Le Muse. Even though MSC says not to give additional tips, we did. That's just our custom to do so. Hope this helps. Be ready for a change of itinerary. Thanks So Much Riclop!!!! I talked with my PVC a few minutes ago and he said they do have an alternate plan in place, but will take a wait and see approach before making any adjustments to the itinerary. Quite honestly,,,Captain Scala could just sail around the Caribbean Sea every day, and since the ship is a destination in itself, we'd be quite happy!!!:D

Judith I understand your sentiment, but please reconsider bringing gifts. They cant lug the stuff home, live in crowded quarters on the ship and certainly don't need home made cookies. They are professionals. Please treat them as such and give them CASH.
tigger89 Posted August 22, 2014 #121 Share Posted August 22, 2014 We're in 15031 also and I was going to ask the same question :) Can you post some pictures of the storage space please as we are onboard for 14 nights might use the laundry but if we are on a land based holiday we take enough outfits for each day.
