Miami Back to Back - what to do ?

In November am doing our first ever back to back.

 

Other than laundry does anyone have any suggestions for a day in Miami ?

 

Was thinking the HOHO but would be nice to have a decent lunch ashore, after 14 days crossing the Atlantic ?

 

Any ideas most welcome ?

1. Drop your bags with the porters for your second cruise.
   
2. Taxi for about $15 to South Beach - people watching, dining, walk on the beach, etc.
   
3. Then taxi back to POM for your next cruise.

I would visit South Beach. It's a fun place to people watch, and to just enjoy walking around and possibly having lunch.

If you want to see the area with narration, you can do the HO HO bus tour route that will take you right to South Beach. Have some lunch and people watch and then catch another bus back to finish the tour.

 

Or as mentioned just head to Ocean Drive, have meal, walk the beach etc , all easy by foot.

South Beach

 

We ate at 11th St. Diner a couple of years ago. Old fashioned diner that has been featured on some of the food network shows in the US.

 

Had a very good lunch for the 6 of us with no complaints.

 

 

You can walk the beach then or just walk around SB.

I agree with go to South Beach. Great restaurants and people watching.
