Justmekaren918 Posted August 19, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2014 I have tried for the last 2 days to try to get a hold reservation into down payment, but it won't accept the info. If I get rid of the 2nd person The amount jumps $400. I got a call from RCCL to help. Can you just fix your site! Could it be that you are only aloud only so many bookings at 1 time? I just want to get this cabin in a basic down payment; since the cabin is the 1st outside in hump on Brilliance. I assume it is the biggest of them all. It will be a good central area for aging parents that are struggling to get around.
Clarea Posted August 19, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 19, 2014 ...Could it be that you are only aloud only so many bookings at 1 time? ... I don't think so. People have talked about having 25 cruises booked.
Smilefy Posted August 19, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 19, 2014 I've had problems over the past week just trying to log in. I received an email and phone call yesterday from RCI before my hold ended, but ended up booking a different cruise as it is.
Justmekaren918 Posted August 19, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted August 19, 2014 Please be aware! I had a wicked time with 1 reservation that I held it for 2 and yet It seemed like it wasn't asking for it to be filled! I have been trying for 2 days to get this done and I have watched it both times when I took the 2nd person the Reservation add $400 :eek:dollars! I called RCI and got it back to the correct dollar amount, and he put the deposit on it! I had no issues with my reservation for same date, ship and 1 person for $100.00 less! Sam mention any adjustment to a reservation it may change to the current dollar amount! Sounds to me someone is trying to be really sneaky to get more money! dacsmom Posted August 19, 2014 #5 Share Posted August 19, 2014 I don't think it is a sneaky way to get more money. I think they have a less than stellar IT department. With the BOGO and other sales if you try to make any adjustments to the reservations it sometimes reprices the cruise at the current price. I know it is more convenient to use the Internet but I have been calling in my requests and have not had a problem. Although one time my cruise was repriced without me doing anything to the reservation. I was told on the phone as long as you have the invoice that was e-mailed everything will be fine.
