twinkle toes Posted August 27, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 27, 2014 Can anyone tell me whether the space between the cabins C743 and C753 is public or for crew only. Is that a stairway? Is it noisy? Thanks.

Thanks. That space is a hallway for the aft-facing cabins. The little door and the space beyond are emergency exits. Shouldn't be noisy at all! Thrak Posted August 27, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 27, 2014 (edited) Can anyone tell me whether the space between the cabins C743 and C753 is public or for crew only. Is that a stairway? Is it noisy? Thanks. We were booked into C752 in May. (Port side but same place.) Totally quiet. LOVED this cabin and location. The only people who use this little hallway are those booked into the premium balcony cabin (C753) and the steward. The little space is the very private hallway for C753. The little door at the end of that short hallway is crew access. It is opened for Muster Drill and that is where the passengers will go during that drill or during an actual emergency. Esprit Posted August 27, 2014 #6 Share Posted August 27, 2014 We were in C743 aboard Emerald Princess three weeks ago. Exact same layout as Grand Princess on Caribe deck. The corridor gives access to the last suite on the starboard side and there was a crew doorway opposite. Never heard a thing the whole two weeks aboard. Great cabin too as the balcony has an extra bit to it (room for a chair). Would definitely stay in this cabin again
