Sending Gifts

I have an employee who is going on a carnival cruise this weekend, I don't know her booking number, nor do I want to ask. Is there a way to send them something from the gift shop without needing that info?

 

I have tried through the system, but it cannot find her information, it was just booked last week last minute, and probably under another family member's name, and to be honest, I don't want to bother calling the phone if I know that they can't help.

Assuming you know the ship, probably. Call Bon Voyage number on Carnival's web site. There's a cutoff date prior to sailing so you might want to hurry.

I just did this last weekend for friends that are crusing for the first time on another line. I knew the date they were going and the itinerary so I could look up which ship they were on. I then called the 1-800 and they were able to look them up and allow me to purchase a gift.

If it's too late to purchase an actual gift you should still be able to purchase some Onboard Credit for your employee.

haha. Well if you live around Denver, than you can soon, I'll be getting a district there. And I have to reward my managers that beat all of their goals somehow, She earned a thank you, and what better way than to send her something nice on her well earned vacation.
