StanandJim Posted September 21, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 21, 2014 anyone know the table games open all day on sea days, or just in the evenings? The Casino's are small and very basic. Blackjack and several kinds of Poker such as Caribbean Stud, Four Card and Let it Ride, are constants. Roulette opens if there are the requisite number of patrons interested, as does Craps on the larger ships (the smaller ships don't have a Craps table). Rare DaisyUK Posted September 21, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted September 21, 2014 Thanks StanandJim. I should have been clearer. I meant the casino on the Riviera. I've been on the ship, so I know it's quite small/basic. The cruise on which I experienced it was port intensive with no sea days and the casino table games opened at 7pm each evening providing we were not in port. Even when we were at sea earlier in the day, the table games were not available until 7pm. I just wondered whether that would be the case on a cruise with many sea days (transatlantic etc) or whether it might be open during the day. oceanbill457 Posted September 21, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 21, 2014 I have sailed on the Marina twice and Riviera once. The craps table was only open at night on sea days and as few as two players on occasion. I never saw both ends of the table used. They don't have enough dealers to effect that. As you are probably aware, they only have single odds on craps.
