Final Payment Due Nov 25th , Timeline shows payment due today???

I logged on to my profile and click on our upcoming February cruise.

Our final payment date is Nov 25th 2014

Why does it say there is payment due today?

And oddly in December after our Final Payment date?

Did you book under a Wow sale or a reduced deposit special?

 

I think it will show a payment due if so until you've paid enough to cover the normal regular deposit.

It just says payment is due, not final payment.

 

Possibly the same website problem that does not recognize less than full deposits. Did you book as part of a WOW sale, or onboard another cruise?

That is just a reminder for those making payments. Has nothing to do with final payment :)

 

Why does it say one is due in December AFTER your final payment date is suppose to be due? Thank RCIs brilliant IT dept.

Ive got the same "Your payment is due" notice on my reservation and Im paid in full LOL! There is another reminder on February 11th even though January 27th is final payment date.

 

Like I said, its just a reminder :) Dont be too concerned

Here is a pic of mine showing the same thing with a payment due today. With a "Your Payment is Due" notice AFTER my final payment is due lol.

 

My booking invoice shows zero balance :)

Booked under the Canadian Resident Rate.

DH said just to pay it in full like we normally do then no need to worry about any payments ;) ..I think that's the best idea!

It looks as though the web site is putting in the "Your payment is due" reminders in the list at 60 days ahead of sailing. They must not have updated it to reflect the change to have final payment be due at 75 days for most sailings (assuming these are for cruises at least 6 nights long).

 

The 60 days in advance would be correct for cruises that are fewer nights in length (according to this page).

Our January WOW cruise showed that from day one until the end. Changed dates every day to update for that day. It was...awesomely annoying.

To find out actual final payment date click on the "PAYMENTS" tap shown in your screen print.

I just ignore that notice. It's only reminding me a payment is due. Click on payments and look at lower right side for actual date final is due.
