jasbo49 Posted September 29, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 29, 2014 Somewhere around the 27th time I was patting myself on the back for snagging an Emerald deck mini-suite, I ran across a post suggesting that the Promenade deck below us on the starboard side was a smoking area. Does anyone know if this is true on the Golden Princess? I've read so many glowing reports about these cabins: The covered balconies, no noise from the Vista Lounge on starboard, etc. Now I have this worry. Will our enjoyment of the large balcony be mitigated by drifting smoke. As a former smoker, I may deserve it, but my wife doesn't. Jim
Rare Coral Posted September 29, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 29, 2014 I have had several Emerald Deck mini suites on various Grand class ships and have not had a problem. I am pretty sensitive to this and would definitely notice.
