Will be traveling on the Fantasy Oct 26th , can you tell me anything about the casino ? Have they replaced any of the older slots

No, it's still the coffee mugs. We took ours to guest services to see if we could trade them for something else. He brought out a small insulated bag and the tumbler. I asked if we could have one of each and they gave them to us.

Thank you for posting this review with all of the great pictures which remind me that there is still a lot to love about the Fantasy class cruises. We are going to be sailing this same itinerary soon. I was fretting over the possibility that the older, smaller ship would be a let down for my family after being 'spoiled' by larger ships with more upgrades. Your review has me feeling so much better.

 

By the way, my favorite dessert is also Bitter&Blanc; followed by the Grand Marnier Soufflé and the WCMC:)

I am going to try some different desserts in my upcoming Fantasy cruise. I've had the WCMC and the crenels brûlée. I'm going to try some new things this time.

I love the apple pie/puff pastry with caramel sauce that was pictured yummy!

Go glad to hear this. You will love the Fantasy, I actually like the smaller ship every now and then It looked like some of the public area carpet was new and the upholstery on the seats in the Universe Lounge looked new. You really won't know the old girl is old.

 

I loved being able to get both the deserts you mentioned as they are not on the Liberty's menu anymore. I asked for the bitter and blanc every night to mess with our waiter and he would just laugh at me, although, he did try very hard to have one made for me.

There is plenty to choose from. Personally, I think they look better than they taste, but I'm sure you will find something delicious in all those desserts! Enjoy your cruise.
