Room question????

They DW and I booked a room on the Glory for a cruise in November for our honeymoon. We originally had a porthole room booked, but today I looked and I got a ocean view room for $300 less then what we booked for in January. I was really excited for that. The only down side is that we do not know what room we are in. When I first booked the room in January I was able to choose to have the beds put into a king instead of two twin. When I checked tonight it shows two twin beds. Is this because we do not know the room assignment yet? Also are we going to be able to get the beds put back together? I don't think she would like if we were in two separate beds on our honeymoon.

Room steward will see that you are a couple and put them together. For any reason if he doesnt do it ask and it will be done. No problem at all.

It's a glitch in the computer system.

 

Check the deck plan. Click on yours. It will mention your beds. Very few beds cannot be made into a large bed.

Once they assign your room, probably two weeks from sail date, you might be able to go on the website and change it.

I just received my room assignment on a guarantee booking. Once I got the room assinged I was able to click on the "edit" and change the bed from twins to king.

My room is assigned now and I still cannot edit it. In fact, this same thing has happened also on the my last couple of cruises. But, no worries. They had the room set up as a king bed before our arrival, but it wouldn't bother me if they were set up as twin beds. As long as I have a place to sleep, it's fine with me!

No, really. She will love it. Nothing more romantic then sleeping together in a twin bed. You will want that togetherness.

And when you finally come out of your room in three days, you can go get something to eat, you can come right back to the room and not have to wait for the steward boy to make up the bed because you will have a second bed to use that is already to go.

My niece and her husband went on a cruise for their honeymoon and had the cheapest room available: bunk beds. 😩
