Questions for past 9nt VOS pax...

So I leave next week and was just wondering about a couple of things.

 

1. How much is the soda card for kids and does it include Shirley Temples?

 

2. It says the the ship returns at 9am. If so, what time do you sail back under the bridge and what time do you need to be out of your cabins?

 

3. Did anybody like the craps tables in the casino? ;)

I only know one of the answers. I few weeks ago I was driving over the Verazanno Bridge at 6:45 am on a Sunday and the ship was docking.

yes it includes shirley temples...and I think it came out to 80 dollars for both my kids..

 

we had to be out of the cabins by 8am....we docked around 6-7....

 

i know people who own at the craps tables..I did good at the slots also...

We go to Labadee, Ocho Rios, Grand Cayman, and Freeport with 4 sea days. I am all about the sea days so that is fine with me. We will probable stay on the ship in Ocho(don't like Jamaica), and Freeport(only there from 6am-1pm), and do the beach at the other 2. We might do stingray city in GC, but I haven't decided yet. Thanks for the info

Soda card for kids is $4/day which comes to $41.40 including the 15% tip. It does include Shirley Temples.

Dad, we're on your ship. How old is your son? Mine is 11. He loves the kids program.

 

Mine is only 8. He too loves the kids program, but I think he might be a little bored with it on this cruise. He is still in the 6-8yo group which he has done twice already. I hope they do some new things with him because the pirate parade and the circus are getting boring for him.

jamaica was fantastic..the river tubing was incredible....

 

ck out capt marvins..they have an early trip..snorkling..stingray city...

 

we went to the same islands but due to a hurricane we werent able to go to freeport....

I only learned how to play earlier this year on the Carnival Paradise and I have been done ok the few times I played since. I am waiting for my beginers luck to end. It will probably be on August 26th and go down hill from there.

 

Shazzz, I am hoping for that scenario of skipping Freeport. Wouldn't it be a kick if we went to Bermuda as an alternate to go around a hurricane?

I was up at 7 and we had already passed under the bridge.
