Embarkation Lunch

Hi all it is forecast rain tomorrow when we leave on our cruise, I have been told the buffet is normally on deck 15 but what happens if it is raining is it in one of the main dining rooms instead. regards. :o

The buffet is enclosed under cover so it does not matter if it rains or not.

Another question on embarkation lunch! Only having cruised princess where we can eat in MDR on embarkation is there similar on P and O or only a buffet option? As an aside how soon can we get into cabins after embarkation? Thanx in advance :)

Just the buffet for lunch I believe.

 

Cabins should be available from 2pm, they usually make an announcement when they are.

Only the buffet is open for lunch unless you are in the top three tiers of the Peninsular Club, when a buffet is usually laid on in one of the MDR with free drinks.

Not to be confused with a deck barbeque Weylady, which I hope you get to enjoy. Have a great time.
