Formal Nights on Oasis Western Caribbean?

Which nights are the formal nights on the Western Caribbean on Oasis? I want to schedule some special dining but don't want to miss formal nights.

Here are the menus for each night and which is formal:

 

Mojo, Saffron (Formal), Pimiento, Basil, Jasmine (Formal), Shiitake, Pomodoro

I've sailed Oasis before and Formal night was the 2nd and 5th night I believe

I'm sailing March 14th and all dining has now changed they say with added restaurants and the Grande is now the formal restaurant which will be every night. Not sure how formal pictures will work.

I thought it was 2nd and 5th for western itinerary and 2nd and 6th for eastern itinerary.

You are correct! However, once dynamic dining starts....no more official formal nights. Every night or. O nights will be formal depending on if you choose to dine in Grande...

We actually sail this Saturday so we will still be on the regular dining schedule. I appreciate all the info.
