It was 3:30 on our cruise in August.

It was about 1/2 hour before sailaway. Ours was at 3:30, with sailaway scheduled for 4:00. (We actually left at about 4:30.) The worst and longest part was standing and waiting for everyone to show up - about 15 minutes. The presentation itself was less than 10 minutes long.

If you want a good turn out plan your meet and greet the first sea day about 10:30

 

If you want it the first day of boarding do not state a time but say immediately following the Mister drill.

 

People are travel weary between unoacking and being excited. Many people want to experience sailing away. Some want to rest before getting ready for dinner

It was about 315 on the Liberty back in July, I hope you dont get a drunk person like we had, everybody was pissed at this guy, kept getting out of line cuz he was too drunk to stand
