RC Visa CC Redemption - more questions

Sorry CC members, I have read many threads on the redemption process in the past, but I just can't seem to find the answers now when I need them.....

 

My cruise is Feb. 9, 2015, final payment is Dec. 11:

 

When should I redeem my points for OBC?

Redeem online or call?

Has anyone received the promotional $75 OBC for spending $1500 in the first90 days of card activation?

I generally redeem points, online, about 2 weeks out. I've had my card for quite awhile but did receive the correct promotional points as stated. The points must be posted on your statement before you can redeem them for OBC.

Here is the website for redeeming them online. That is how I do it.

 

I received the $75 for spending $1500. I called and they said it is in my profile so I should call them when ready to redeem. I have yet to receive any email or letter stating that I got it. I would redeem for OBC a few weeks before sailing.
