RC Credit card ?

I just redeemed some points, thought there would be more points and I am a BA long time customer. I used a little CC OBC on the Oasis Fall TA and Choice air, should have been double points(around 6000) using RC's card.

Does anyone know a way to see if you are getting all the credit for using the card?

The points that you earn are shown every month on your credit card statements

Your statement will break it down. Single points, bonus points, and the total.

I never get a physical statement, so never really look at it. Checked statements online and down at the bottom, of 4 pages it was there.
