Squeeze menu?

We will soon be sailing the Indy of the seas. Just wondering is anyone has a picture of the menu from the Squeeze? Or if you can tell me what they serve there with prices?

And times that food is served, please? I believe this is a hot dog and sandwich spot, but I may be wrong. I know food is only served at certain times.

Yes, but I believe on Indy at least, there are times when some sort of food is served there.

Never seen food served there but we've only cruised on Indy out of UK so it may be different from USA.

Was just on Freedom. Squeeze is just a bar with smoothie/protein shake options (or every other drink ie alcohol under the sun options, no coffee or anything like that and no food) and you can get the fresh squeezed OJ there too. I stopped by there after my visits to the gym. IIRC my protein shake was around $5-$6.

Can you get smoothies with replenish package at Squeeze bar? Maybe without the protien added?

 

Smoothies seem different that daiquiries already included in package b/c smoothies would use fruit where the other is Oasis mix blended with ice.

On my Indy cruise last year, they offered some basic hot dogs and bratwursts with the standard condiments. I don't remember the day/times, but it was maybe twice during the cruise around lunchtime. Nothing special, but they were there.

WHat is the price of a shake? I guess it depends what ingredients go in it. Are they all natural veg and fruit with a dollop of protein/whey powder?
