Hello everybody how are you. my wife and I are looking to take our first Royal Caribbean cruise at the end of September or mid October 2015 my question is we are looking at Freedom of the Seas with stops in Labadee, Jamaica, Cayman, and Cozumel. Or we are looking at Navigator of the Seas with stop in Jamaica, Cayman and Cozumel. There is a $500 over all difference between Freedom of the Seas and Navigator of the Seas due to the price in our airfare. My question is, is it worth an extra $500 to be on Freedom of the Seas and stop in Labadee

I like Labadee, but I don't know. Also Freedom is bigger and has more stuff so really depends. I would only because I like port days vs sea days. But we are total beach people. Labadee is a beach day, not much else to do. Pretty island though. Really a toss up

I would do Freedom over Navigator. Visiting Labadee is part of the reason, but the bigger reason is that Freedom leaves from Florida so you don't have to deal with either the Texas rules on alcohol, gaming, and taxes; or the loop current and iffy weather in the Gulf of Mexico.

Also, it is not so easy to get to the port in TX. It will probably cost close to $100 each way from airport to the port of Galveston.

No matter what ship are on you will love the western cruise. Cozumel and Grand Cayman are my favorite ports.

Ebanks water sports on Grand Cayman. Jetskit to Stingray City and starfish beach is a blast.

Cozumel we have done a beach day. But I have heard from several sources the Bar tour on a bus is a party to not miss.
