OBC on Navigator

Recommended Posts

Quick Question-- We are going on Navigator on Sunday and this will be our 4th Royal Caribbean cruise. On our last cruise on Allure, our OBC got messed up, and our spending on shore excursions didn't apply right and we had to go to Guest Services to fix the problem. So, does anyone know...is the OBC applied to only one person in the room or to the room as a whole? We will have $320 OBC, so we want to make sure that when we go and book shore excursions, we pay with the right SeaPass card so that we can apply and use up all the OBC.

Thanks!

Our experience has been that the OBC has been applied to one person. However, if it does not get applied as you like, Guest Services will split it up however you like.

Thank you! Would you recommend going to Guest Services before we book the excursions? Or do you think that after we book the excursions they will make sure the OBC gets applied?

On the Allure, the OBC was applied to the first person listed in the room. Was this in your case as well?

Yes, our OBC has always been applied to the first person.

It does not matter when you adjust the OBC, as long as you do it before the end of the cruise.

OBC applied to first person on the ACCOUNT(room account), however, if during registration pre boarding you indicate the same charges/CC for both people the OBC will count down regardless of which person uses it, it is quite simple so do not worry, u get 200 OBC if the second person in the rooms spends $200 the balance will be zero.
