Can I cancel and rebook if cruise is 5 months away

Booked 2 months ago for a Adriatic cruise In nearly June got a reduced rate as part of a group booking rate on a dot com site . it seems that my price is about $575 cheaper per cabin than current rates which include the beverage pkge and OBC , have 2 cabins booked , My husband due to swallowing / sore throat difficulties will probably only drink 2drinks a day max.., myself I could drink a lot more our kids 26 and 29 in the other balcony cabin would have no problem consuming multiple drinks a day ... If allowed would you switch

You can cancel and rebook and get the current promo, for the current price. ETA, if you booked outside of NCL, you will have to see if there are any penalties.

And only your TA can answer your questions. NCL would allow the cancel and rebook, but TA's have their own rules. What do they say?
