Check "Your Cruise Deals!" I got a VIFP Club Member Exclusive Offer select offer, and saved huge!

I had a Super Saver Balcony and Super Saver Interior room booked for the Jan 25th on the Breeze.

We paid $499 per person for the Balcony Room and $319 per person the Interior Room. Both were upgraded and assigned Deck 9. We wanted to upgrade our room to Balcony but since we were taking my parents it us on this trip and they wanted a Balcony we decided to save the money on our room to spend while in ports.

This sale came out bringing down Balcony (select your own room) to $310 with $50 in onboard spending! We couldn't get the savings on our already booked Balcony, but was able to upgrade our Interior to a Balcony on Deck 9 for NO EXTRA CHARGE (well, really is was $9 cheaper but since we booked Super Saver were had to either pick a more expensive room or forfeit the $9. Since we wanted to have a room close to my parents, we just forfeited the $9) and got $50 ONBOARD CREDIT!

So excited for our trip, but check your offers to see if you got this same WONDERFUL deal!

I just checked all 17 of our numbers (friends and family I cruise with), and no one has any offers. :-(

I have no exactly understood Carnival's logic on how they assign promotions to specific guest... Hopefully next time you will be the lucky winner!

As low as $11 per person per day. We have broke through $28pppd again!

Not worth it to me. I got one, but the cost to fly is more than the cruise. I don't think so! Unless I can drive there and it's more than a 7-day cruise, I'll stick to cruising out of San Francisco or LA to Hawaii or Alaska.

Not worth it to me either, but for different reasons. I don't mind flying across the country for a short cruise... we did for a one night sailing from Seattle. That was used more as a mode of transportation though to get to San Francisco. The timing worked out perfectly when needing to be in Seattle and SF on those days for other purposes.

Got the same offers in one of my travel mates special offers, our last cruise was Feb 2014, I booked a free casino offer in July 2014 and will be sailing in 25 days and low and behold she gets this offer today. I checked my husbands and he has nothing and his last cruise was October 2013. Go figure:rolleyes:

My mom has the offer....BUT when I click on the $11 cruise and do a "mock booking" it gives me a choice of $11 interior or $31 OV. When I click on interior it changes the price to $130/pp :rolleyes: For a total cruise price of $433.78 for 2 people

When you do this mock booking, are you logged into carnival with your sign in or hers? That might be the difference?

What a difference a few hours make as things have change and the prices have already gone up, I missed this small window of opportunity, I'll keep checking back as they play the up and down price game often.;) Still some good deals though, just not as good as this morning!!!

I just went back to do a Mock Booking using the same promotion, and boy did prices change!

This morning for my sailing, January 25th for a 6 Day Caribbean aboard Carnival Breeze the price were as followed;

Interior - $130 P/P with $50 OBC

Ocean View - $190 P/P with $50 OBC

Balcony - $310 P/P with $50 OBC (This is the rate I locked in, which took me from an Interior Super Saver to My Selected Balcony on Deck 9 Forward with NOTHING OUT OF POCKET, plus $50 OBC)

Just going back through the booking the prices I see now are as followed;

Interior - $289 P/P with $50 OBC

Oceanview - $349 P/P with $50 OBC

Balcony - $469 P/P with $50 OBC

This is still a great rate, better than the Super Saver rate from $40 on room class, with the $50 OBC and ability to select your own room. However, it is NOWHERE near the discount many members were seeing from approx. 12:00 AM Central Time to approx. 1:00 P.M. Central Time.
