How do we know?

Ok this may be a stupid question but have only sailed one other time on RCCL and that was in 2004 and on a smaller ship. How can I find out which restaurants are extra on the IOS...I know the ones like Chops because I see them on RCCL's website to make reservations...but what about Johnny Rockets, the coffee place, the pizza place....ect?

Chops, Giovanni's, and Johnny Rocket's are extra cost. Cafe Promenade and Sorrento's are included.
