Post Cruise Tours of Galveston/Houston?

We will be docking in Galveston on the Carnival Triumph on March 2 at 8:30. Our flight out of Hobby (HOU) isn't until 5:00. I was wondering if there are any tour companies that could take us around Galveston/Houston area with our luggage in tow & then drop us off at the airport. If I have to pay for transportation I would like to see some of the sights. I hate to sit at the airport all that time when we could be sightseeing.

Check out post cruise excursions from the cruise line. There is usually an excursion that will take you to NASA, allow you to tour for a few hours, and then drop you at the airport.

Unfortunately, Carnival doesn't have any tours of Galveston/Houston at all. I did a Google search & didn't come up with any tours either.
