The document is dated, and as of this posting, it was updated on Jan 6th. It looks like they are back to 150% right now. Still better than 200% though!

Just do a standard mock booking with 1 traveler selected and you can quickly see what sailings are waiving the supplement. In December it was short Caribbean cruises and it seems in January it is short cruises from los Angeles. I'm doing one next week because I've never sailed from there and the rates are just so affordable right now. Just keep checking as the offers do change from time to time.

My solo rate of $101 on Inspiration sailing the 19th looks awfully good to me.
