Transfers from Santiago to Valparaiso

Can anyone tell me what good, reliable company they have used to get from Santiago hotels to the Valparaiso piers. There are 5 of us and the transfer is costing me $600 with Viator. Good? We leave on March 15th.

Cannot recommend AboutChile -- they did not produce what was promised and balked at refunding the difference owed.

We used SouthExcursions for two separate cruises from Valpo to Santiago. Both times excellent guides and tours.

 

Be sure to stop at a winery in Casablanca.

From Valparaiso to Santiago we used http://www.mywaychile.cl. Ask for Pablo. He drove from Santiago to meet us at the (horrible) port so I'm sure he will be able to assist you.

 

Only two of us, but in a Mercedes van and from memory the cost was one third of what you are being charged and and the service was excellent.

 

I should stress they was simply a transfer, but you can turn it into a longer excursion if you wish.

Agree that you should avoid AboutChile, they were not reliable. Remember that it's a long way from Santiago to the port and allow plenty of time
