Keep NCL Trip Insurance or go third party?

Have NCL Trip insurance; total cost for 3 people on Escape is $267. I won't travel outside of US without some form of travel insurance. Concerned about the medical coverage provided through NCL.

Should I drop the NCL coverage and shop for 3rd party provider at that price point? I do like some aspects of the NCL insurance, just the medical seems low, and the medical is what I consider to be most important.

Thoughts? Opinions? Who has used the NCL insurance? Who has used third party? I've always taken cruise line insurance (and not needed to use it) and not bought third party. I have never sailed with NCL though.

I do not like any of the insurance programs offered by NCL or most cruise lines. The previous poster had a good one. I use

I had a stroke a few years while traveling to Rome for a 12 night cruise. My stroke was precruise. Spent 7 nights a Rome hospital. I had $0.00 out of pocket. And I still went on the cruise.
