CasinoCruzGirl Posted February 2, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 2, 2015 (edited) Waited on hold for 63 minutes but was determined to see if I could get in on the deal they had today. I already had a sweet deal through CAS for me and 2 of my sisters for a breakway to bermuda cruise this coming May but was extremely happy I waited. After speaking with someone at CAS (on the phone another 35 minutes) I was able to save us another $400 and keep our UDP. Well worth the wait on the phone. Minisuite with large balcony (M6) for 3 of us $1100. Thank you ncl and CAS for this wonderful offer. clcjdn Posted February 2, 2015 #2 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Glad you were able to get it done. I tried, after an hour and a half on hold I was told they couldn't help me since I did not already have a booking from CAS in flight. Now I wish I would have been able to get in touch with my contact on Friday to start the process.......I will try to talk to her tomorrow, but I don't think I will be able to get the KSF and UBP on my ocean view......guess the only free drinks will be in the casino......good luck on your May cruise! We are thinking of going to Bermuda in June, so make sure to leave some $ for us... :)
clcjdn Posted February 2, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 2, 2015 One quick follow up question for those of you in the know......is it possible for me to start a reservation tonight with the KSF and the freestyle choice, then call CAS tomorrow and get them to convert to a comp cabin or will she have to cancel and re-book? Wondering if this is the way to get all of the offers (comp, KSF, and UBP).....

g35girl Posted February 2, 2015 #5 Share Posted February 2, 2015 We called CAS as we had booked our May cruise through them and they told us couldn't take advantage of any of the promos. Regardless we got a great deal on our cruise but would have loved the UBP
Casino Comp Chick Posted February 2, 2015 #6 Share Posted February 2, 2015 I love CAS also, I did great with them on 2 bookings/3 rooms. Very pleased I checked CC when I got off the breakaway yesterday otherwise I would have missed out.
clcjdn Posted February 2, 2015 #7 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Well, it was touch and go.......last night didn't think I was going to get it.....this morning didn't think I was going to get it.....got on the phone with my CAS rep.....didn't think I was going to get it.....but, at the last minute, she pulled it off! We got our June date with the KSF, nice $3,000 savings on top of the already comp deal for first 2.....no UBP, but I was just being greedy......Thanks CAS! I never really figured out my real total savings I think I'll check what a regular person would get for the same cabin and same date. Edit: wow if I were to book today as non CAS for the same cabin it would be $4,150. So like you I'm saving $3000 incredible didn't realize how much I saved overall. AF-1 Posted February 2, 2015 #9 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Excuse me but I have not sailed on NCL. What is CAS? I'm sure it is some travel agency?

landlady1952 Posted February 2, 2015 #11 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Just called CAS on cruise I booked last week My second cabin was adjusted by $400 based on prices today and able to keep UBP. My cabin was comped originally. Happy for our friends traveling with us. Love CAS. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Rare conandrob240 Posted February 3, 2015 #12 Share Posted February 3, 2015 Just wanted to chime in here with some praises for CAS. As background, I received my very first CAS contact middle of last week when invited to a slot tournament. Never booked anything via CAS before. During the weekend flurry without access to CAS, I booked two reservations on my own with some really favorable pricing Kids Sail Free and the beverage package. I called today, explained that I booked two sailings over the weekend when I couldn't contact CAS. Without missing a beat, she took my reservation #s and converted them to CAS bookings and then applied my CAS discount (which right now for me was 20% off). Really nice, efficient service. I look forward to working with this group again!
