Future Cruise Credit

Last week I bought 2 Future Cruise Credits on the Grand...I was told I would receive email confirming it...still no word. Should I just call Princess or does it take a while?

We had our email shortly after disembarkation. I would call them.

Have you checked your Captain's Circle accounts to see if they show up there? How about your credit card,? Check there also.

You should be able to view them when signed into My Princess & on the left side will be the "Circle Savings Account" option. Click on "View Details" & under the "Cruise Credits" tab is where you can view any of your FCC deposits. The "Onboard Credits" tab shows the range of OBC you can receive, OBC that has been applied to a booking and if eligible the Military Benefits OBC.

That's great! I've had problems with getting email confirmations & now request a confirmation letter while on the ship and will confirm that it's displayed in My Princess.
