Do children get WOWbands?

Do they work to get you on and off the ship on port days?

Yes children get them.

You still need your Seapass card to get off the ship.

Do they take your wowband when you order a drink like they do your seapass card? It would seem inconvenient to remove the band each drink (and incrementally harder the more drinks that are ordered)

You put your wrist on the little reader thingie they have. No need to remove the band.

They also have them as a watch strap type so if you don't get on with or like the one with the plastic tabs just go to GS and they are able to swop it for you.

You can get them in White, black, blue, yellow and red.

Also be aware that the WOW bands don't show your C & A level or 'Exclusive Onboard Savings'

 

So if you buy anything in the onboard shops, use your Sea Pass Card to get your discounts...

Yes, the WOW band opened the concierge lounge door for us. The WOW band also opened the door to the suite only sun deck.

I can second that GS is able to change your WOWband color and they had the watch band type on the Quantum.

On the Quantum most locations did not have the reader secured. It's just sitting on a flat surface.

Rather than remove the band or contort your wrist to touch the reader, simply pick up the reader, tap it to your WOWband at the right spot, and return the reader.
