San Francisco domestic to international terminal

Getting from terminal 1 to terminal G. How do you get there and do you have to go thru security again? How much time is required? Thank you for your help!

You can walk or take the Air Train. I do believe that you do have to go thru security at the International terminal. Look here http://www.flysfo.com/maps/static-maps/security

We are in a similar situation. We get off a domestic delta flight at 430p- but have to collect our bags and check in to Air New Zealand 2 hours before our flight (745p). I thought I had plenty of time but forgot about the 2 hour check in. I'm nervous we won't make it. Any suggestions? Google maps says it's a 21 min. walk from Delta in International terminal.

You are arriving at SFO at 4:30? If so, that is 3 hours 15 minutes prior to your departure on ANZ. You have tons of time.

 

It is strongly recommended you check in 2 hours in advance, but not required. If you are in line 1:45 prior to your departure, you will still be checked in and be put on the plane.

Thanks Bruce. I need my head patted. There are 2 other ANZ flights behind us too if we get delayed. Feeling a bit "Karenoid". I just don't know this airport well & my other option is moving up the flight , arriving at 11am. I will relax now. Thank you.
