I send our request around 2 weeks before the cruise.

Who do you contact at RCI for dining requests?

The 1800 number reps seem to know very little and really were not helpfulwhen I called last week.

If you search here on CC, there's an email address. They handled my request and fixed my dining cruise planner tech problems.
