Where is the bad water?

Is there any documentation or table showing by date and location where the river cruise ships have been delayed/canceled/etc. because of water conditions? I would find such information helpful in planning when to travel.

No. As this is weather related it can occur at each time of the year that river traffic is coming to an halt due to high or low water.

Some issues aren't even weather related. Because the rivers are used by commercial barges for hauling goods many delays are due to congestion. Lock break downs, accidents . Last year a bomb was found in a lock area and shut the river down for a few days.

Ship happens often on the river :)
