"My Celebrity" and Travel Agent reservations

If I log into "My Celebrity," should I be able to see reservations I booked through a Travel Agency, or just the ones I booked directly with the cruise line?

You be should be able to see all. The ones booked thru a TA , cost of Cruise won't be display and you can't make any payments for the cruise itself.

It might have to be entered manually. On the top of the My Celebrity page there is away to enter bookings manually.

Log into "My Celebrity" and you should she this just under the my celebrity logo:

Click on "add it here" and add your reservation. It will show up.

We have booked a cruise for 3 cabins on Reflection through a TA . This reservation is part of a "group booking " that TA's arrange to get a better price and thus we have not been able to link our reservations as you can normally do on the Celebrity website. We tried to make sure the reservations were linked so we would not have a problem getting a 6 top in the MDR , but sadly I will have to try and make sure this happens onboard. I contacted the TA and he explained that he was unable to arrange this .:(

Also, I still cannot make a Specialty Dining Package reservation for us online or via Celebrity ( I emailed them )also . The reply was - the Dining Packages are not available and as we made the reservations via a TA refer any queries to them in future. Not much customer service there :p

The TA should be able to link you reservation. Mine TA did in Nov of 2013, unless there is a different system for you being from down under. The TA gets a commission and should be in control of you Reservation, that's why Celebrity will not talk directly to you. I've been able to reserve special dinning for two nights on the web site. Maybe time to look for a new TA.
