pillow menu and luggage tags?

I just read an old thread that said Norwegian gives you a pillow menu and luggage tags if you're in the haven. I was wondering when you're supposed to get them because the old thread did not say. Is it after final payment? This got me even more excited because I had no idea you get a pillow menu I saw the choices but which one is the softest? I'm not really a firm pillow kind of guy lol.

You can also contact the pre-concierge services yourself at NorwegianConciergeDesk@ncl.com, if you haven't heard anything and it is getting close to the sailing date. I had to do it a couple of times myself, and I just send an e-mail requesting the standard letter (including pillow menu), and then I received it by e-mail within a few hours. This service is not only for Haven suites, but for all suites...

Regarding the luggage tags - some times you receive them and sometimes not (I have had Haven suites 3 times, all three times I had to print my own luggage tags - no big deal....).

I am in a 2 bedroom Non Haven Family Suite on the Jewel 4/4/15. We received our luggage tags and a letter with an email address to contact the consierge if we have any special requests.

how many days out did you receive your info?

We stayed in the Haven on the Breakaway. I called NCL and asked for the pillow menu, which was emailed to me, then I called back and pre-ordered my pillows. However, once on board, our pillows were "normal" and we're not what we asked for. Our room steward (not our butler) promptly brought us the menu, then delivered each type of pillow. We pretty much had 2 of everything because we couldn't decide. I believe there are 6 options--down, memory foam, body pillow, etc. Our room overflowed pillows. It was great.
