Quantum Embarcation

Sorrento's, Cafe Promenade, Cafe@270, Seaplex DogHouse.

If it needs to be free, this covers your bases. Out of these, I'd recommend Cafe 270 - really good sandwiches, panini, soup and salads, and 270 itself is beautiful and relaxing to sit in.

If you're up for paying, I'd hit Jamie's Italian. Lunch on embarkation day was the only time it wasn't crowded. We had a nice leisurely lunch there, with delicious food and great service. I think it was $15 per person - totally worth it to be able to stick our luggage in a corner and not think about it until rooms opened up.

We were in the second boarding group and headed straight for 270. Great views from rear of ship, did not have to wait for the elevator since you board the ship on deck 5. Bar is available there. I was surprised that it was not packed. Most people headed to the Windjammer.
