The same as elsewhere. The only places with a stricter dress code are le Bistro and the aft MDR.

From what I saw on Breakaway, the Haven restaurant staff will let you come pretty much however you are. I never saw them turn anyone away including our daughter who, bless her heart, showed up to our final dinner in a hoodie, carrying a 20 oz bottle of blue Mountain Dew.

 

In terms of how other diners dress, it was about 50/50. Half looked like they were dressed for a $10,000/plate VIP event, especially at dinner, while the rest came in everyday clothes including shorts and even tee shirts. Either way, you should fit in.
