Spent the Day just in Port - no excursions - it was PERFECT!

Glad it worked out for you - we prefer to hop in a taxi and head to the Money Bar for great snorkeling, or to one of the many beach clubs.

Great pics...We did the beach day in Cozumel last time and it was pricey. I am thinking we'll just tour the port area next time.

Next time, (if there is a next time) you should consider getting out of the man-made-for- tourists port area and see some of this lovely island. The downtown is really fun, the east side had GORGEOUS beaches and some really fun beach bars/restaurants. The locals are so friendly as well. Just a super easy place to tour around on your own.

 

I hope you go back someday and explore! :)

YEPPERS!!! That's got DW and SIL written all over it. :eek: Both hate dealing with the taxis and the hawkers and the crowds on the beaches. Me? I'm hanging with mrsfuzzmo :D:D

We done the beaches, San Miguel and have stayed in port. It's really a place where you can do all three easily.
