I would like to know this too.

But based on what I have seen, I think they are under the Total Rewards umbrella (Bally's/Casears/Harrahs). Can someone please confirm?

I know Borgata is not one of them (sadly)

Caesars, Bally's, Harrah's (CET is partnered with NCL, so even without getting "free" cruise certificate, you can get discounts on the cruise....also Golden Nugget gave one out a few months ago.

If you have sailed NCL before and used your players card, just call CAS and see what discounts they offer

Many casinos do the free cruise promotion from time to time. It is NOT a set promotion.

Keep in mind they offer it to REGULAR players for two reasons. One, they get you to come back to THEIR casino to play again to get the certificate. And, the ship gets you to come play with them. The plan in both cases is that you play more than what they give you (room, cruise, etc).

Oh, since somebody is about to ask.
