  4. It's hit and miss. I have gotten refunds without needing to chase them and I have also had to call them to get a refund.

Lucky you, I kinda did the same thing, upgrading my cabin after final payment to a "new booking" only promo, no luck for the educator OBC though, even though I can see it in my profile (after weeks instead of instantly like most of you). HAL is very inconsistent on this, but I have given up on this OBC. HAL does not appreciate educators, it's just a marketing tactics and it's giving me more negative feelings about them.

  14. Not for me, even though I got the email confirming my status. Don't see anything on HAL's website when I log in to my account or on my reservation.
  15. They were quite good. It was hard to get a good seat though, since most people stayed from the event immediately before their "show".
  16. Wish I can take credit for this, but no, this was not me. They didn't have any paper copies in my room. When I went to Guest Services on Day 1, they told me they have gone paperless and I should just scan the QR code to get the electronic version (which is where these came from). My room steward did not leave any paper copy for us in our room (which is what I would have preferred).

  18. Got the same email for our sailing this Sunday. One day of a free casino cruise equal to $0 OBC for us and we were planning to get off in Port Canaveral, so this is very disappointing.
  19. Good review and thanks for sharing with us. Do you have any information on the pricing/menus of the specialty restaurants? Don't see them listed when I log in to the online portal and not sure how to book them in advance.
  20. How do you book these? I don't see anything online that would allow me to book a specialty restaurant on the Seascape. I see drink packages and shore excursion, but nothing for specialty dining.
  21. We were on the 11/19 sailing, didn't get any email/letter from NCL about this though. Do they only let new cruisers know or are they in the process of informing all past guests? Or do they selectively inform some past guests?
  22. No $0 for me either. Princess and HAL don't want my donations and I will take my gambling money to Carnival and Royal (since they know how to send offers to people who actually gamble).
