If you mean the 120v outlets, then yes, they are 3-prong, it is against Code (US and European) to use the old 2-prong US outlets anymore (not even sure they make them).

 

The 220v outlets are the European 2-prong.

Can't tell what is that third outlet? Also is the 110 outlet close to the bed as we need to plug in a CPAP machine, or do we need to bring a long extension cord

The third outlet is a dual voltage razor outlet in the bath.
