Has anyone used the Global Valet parking in Jacksonville? If so, thoughts? Thanks!

The Jacksonville cruise port is small - and parking is an easy walk from the terminal. I'm usually a fan of valet parking, but trust me, the daily parking/surface lot is easy-peasy. Enjoy your cruise! :)

Parked in the daily lot. Dropped the family and lugage off at the terminal, parked and caught a golf cart ride back.

We used them, but it's been over 3 years. I had no trouble with them, one of my better experiences with parking away from the port. We were driven right over after we parked and the van was there when we disembarked, no need to call for the driver.

I haven't used Global Valet, but I did use Jetway Parking near the airport.

 

Last year, it was $24 for a 5 day cruise and it was conveniently located across Airport Road from the Hampton Inn we were staying in.

 

Once at the parking lot, we had to wait about 15 minutes for a bus to Jaxport. On the return, the bus was actually at the port waiting for us to disembark.

 

While parking at Jaxport, next to the cruise ship, is extremely convenient, you can't beat the cost savings ($75 VS $24) by parking offsite.

I've used them twice. No issues either time. Paid half the price I would have paid at port, which is worth it to me.
