foodgirl Posted March 26, 2015 #3 Share Posted March 26, 2015 So safe to assume it will be on Silhouette as well?? I have learned over the years that different ships have different things.
wendychloecruiser Posted March 26, 2015 #4 Share Posted March 26, 2015 If you are told at one bar that it's not available, be sure to verify that it's not a available ANYWHERE, not just at THAT bar. Sometimes stock seems to vary.
DYKWIA Posted March 26, 2015 #5 Share Posted March 26, 2015 Definitely had it on the Eclipse last summer. I only drink slim line soda and had no problem finding it for my sundowner G+T
debgord Posted March 26, 2015 #6 Share Posted March 26, 2015 Have been on the Summit and the Millenium. They both had it. They have it in the fountain drink dispenser and they also have it in cans. I prefer the cans of tonic. A nice vodka and tonic. mmmmm

LijeBaley Posted March 26, 2015 #8 Share Posted March 26, 2015 (edited) I dislike the taste of artificial sweeteners and with that bias wondered why one would want diet tonic. A little research provided an enlightening answer. Regular tonic has the equivalent of 8 or more teaspoons of sugar in an 8 to 12 ounce serving, creating approximately 125 calories and 32 grams of carbohydrates. Wow! Soda water, here I come. According to this, Club Soda has added sodium. Read the label carefully. Edited March 26, 2015 by LijeBaley
rjrpar Posted March 26, 2015 #9 Share Posted March 26, 2015 Calories in any regular soda add up quickly. If one drinks 6 vodka tonics in a day, the tonic alone is 500-700 calories

Rare chemmo Posted March 26, 2015 #11 Share Posted March 26, 2015 We all make sure we keep to the 0 cal. Sodas and then enjoy the multi-caloried spirits and meals!!!!!! I guess all efforts to keep the calory count down are necessary.

I quickly got used to the zero cal alternatives and now find the normal versions of soda drinks usually too sweet. neverbeenhere Posted March 27, 2015 #13 Share Posted March 27, 2015 Spouse drinks diet tonic like a pop. We frequently pack a case with us as the ship will usually run out pretty quick.
