I will let know know. I will be sailing on Quantum of the seas April 12. I am on a special diet for cardiac reason's. (esselstyn diet) I am only 37 yrs old and have had open heart surgery twice. I did fill out the special needs form. I also received an email from the head chief about my diet needs. I hope everything works out. I will post and let you know. Ken at the beach Posted April 3, 2015 #5 Share Posted April 3, 2015 The most important thing that we have found that you can do is making sure that you meet with your Headwaiter every evening. They will show you the next days menu and you will order your next days dinner at that time. The Headwaiter fills out an AVO that the kitchen gets. They have taken my order the night before and had everything ready. The have even made selections not on the menus at all. I suggest before going on a cruise, fill out the dietary needs form.
