I will let know know. I will be sailing on Quantum of the seas April 12. I am on a special diet for cardiac reason's. (esselstyn diet) I am only 37 yrs old and have had open heart surgery twice. I did fill out the special needs form. I also received an email from the head chief about my diet needs. I hope everything works out. I will post and let you know.

The most important thing that we have found that you can do is making sure that you meet with your Headwaiter every evening. They will show you the next days menu and you will order your next days dinner at that time. The Headwaiter fills out an AVO that the kitchen gets. This gives them a full day to make sure that it is prepared properly and is able to be modified to suit your dietary requirements.

(esselstyn diet)

I follow him and his son Rip, I have no heath issues but want to keep it that way.

For cardiac his diet can turn your life around.

Look forward to your experience after the cruise report back

I am on quantum of the seas right now. I have had great service and food. They have taken my order the night before and had everything ready. The have even made selections not on the menus at all. I suggest before going on a cruise, fill out the dietary needs form. Royal Caribbean has been wonderful.
