north29 Posted April 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2015 (edited) This might get moved/deleted, for it is not RC directly related. Since room stewards are discussed many times, in USA Today"s travel section was this article on Room Stewards. Here is link. http://usat.ly/1CZQDEM Edited April 4, 2015 by north29
Sharon Sails Posted April 4, 2015 #2 Share Posted April 4, 2015 If only it was that much of a joy. I have cabin stewards who have become friends. It's VERY hard work and tips are extremely important. Pay is low. They miss their families. They would very much rather be at home, but there is no work at home. It's def not an easy job.
BonnieSte Posted April 4, 2015 #3 Share Posted April 4, 2015 Nice article. Thanks for sharing. We try our best to get to know our cabin stewart and our favorite server. It's amazing how many family members they support. They give up a lot to be able to support them.
