Sorry but I wouldn't do that on the ship. I don't think the folks there have experience dealing with cutting a 4year old. Please take her to someone you know in your home town.

Probably going to be extremely expensive compared to getting it done at home, and if you get it done on the ship you run the chance if your DD's hair getting butchered and not having any way to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor get it done at home the week prior to sailing.
