They used to, and they would use DHL.

Not sure if its still available.

Still exists. Is relatively expensive and comes with restrictions on what can be in the luggage. Pickup from home is a week before the cruise for USA domestic cruises departures.

We've used it several times; the last was in Sept., 2014. If you're leaving in three days, it's too late. As another poster noted, they come to pick up your bag a week or so before the sailing date. We love the service when we sail a ta because we often need both cold and warmer weather clothing such as winter coats and gloves, etc. We can each handle one suitcase, but a third case is a big hassle, and we gladly pay the fee. We'll be using it again in August for another ta.
